I have quite recently started Karate and trust me, it is FUN!!!!

I have already picked up some basic moves such as: side kicks, arm blocks, front kicks, punches etc.

I have started at Seido Karate which is a large company based in New York.

Karate is highly recommended for anyone willing to take up a challenge.
